This morning I did a newborn session for this mama’s sister and it got me thinking that I haven’t blogged the photos from their outdoor family session two summers ago. Crazy how fast time flies! I photographed all three of these kiddos as newborns and was thrilled when they reached out to me for family photos. We decided to keep them close to home and venture out to this beautiful lakeside park in Oakville. This park is great for evening sunset sessions because it has a good variety of backdrops – historical buildings, flower gardens, marina views and a rocky beach. The kids always love playing with the rocks at the end of the session and it makes for some nice candid photos.
I love catching up with families after I’ve done their newborn sessions. It’s lovely to see how much their teeny babies grow and change into toddlers and big kids.
