Check out this adorable family of three. This mama had booked in for maternity portraits this spring, but lo and behold, Ontario was shutdown again due to the pandemic so her baby bump session was completely missed and she gave birth before I was able to re-open. Thankfully I know a thing or two about capturing newborn photos. 😉
The day of our session was complete overcast with clouds and rain. This family had big windows in their townhome condo so their gallery images are still very bright and airy. You’d never know it was such a dreary day. It was raining so hard, when I left I made a run for my car to avoid getting totally soaked.
Baby girl S was a doll. At three weeks old, she was still very sleepy and squishy. She slept through our entire session and we had to spend a few minutes at the very end trying to wake her so we can get a couple images with her eyes open. I loved her simply decorated white nursery. I also was gushing over how mom decorated the living room. All the fun colours, furniture and decor worked amazing together. So of course we had to get a few photos in there as well.
