Awake babies are often so expressive. And this was exactly the case for baby Z’s studio newborn photos. I got smiles, I got frowns and everything in between. She was very alert and awake for most of our time together. I rolled with it, as usual and we ended up with a large, beautiful and diverse gallery collection.
I photographed their son a few years back so it was great to see him as a caring and attentive big brother, who was really just a baby himself at 18-months old. He wasn’t keen on lying next to his new baby sister, but we managed to get creative and capture the two of them together in a couple photos.
